"Very convenient"

What do you like best about DocuSign? I got to use DocuSign after switching away from a bank with very poor internal processes. What a relief after juggling PDFs and faxing documents around! "Great tool for remote signatures"

What do you like best about DocuSign? Docusign makes it easy to "sign" documents remotely. The interface was fairly straightforward. What do you dislike about DocuSign? I thought that the different fonts for the signature were a bit silly. None of them was my actually signature, so I thought "what's he point". "Smooth and hassle free signing"

What do you like best about DocuSign? The whole process was very easy. From receipt of the email notification, through downloading the documents, reviewing and creating my signature profile, to finally signing and sending the completed document then receiving the fully executed copy. What do you like best about DocuSign? Docusign is extremely powerful in terms of the ability to customize its integration with Salesforce, but at the same time simple to operate. "Docusign make my life easier"

What do you like best about DocuSign? I can process employee offer letters quickly and efficiently. We are a paperless office so being able to send the document to a candidate and getting a signature back without the use of faxes or emails is wonderful. The turnaround time has been cut down to days. What do you dislike about DocuSign? The UI could be more user friendly. What do you like best about DocuSign? Easily take a document (e.g. .pdf), put in some of the variables, make it a digital signature tracked document. What do you like best about DocuSign? Docusign is simple and secure with useful workflows to empower the end user. What do you dislike about DocuSign? It is not always easy to set up the correct workflows from an administrative standpoint. Recommendations to others considering DocuSign: Think in terms of who needs this next. Also, you may want to set up a dummy account if you have a mass emailed form.

"Can't beat the efficiency"

What do you like best about DocuSign? We just recently introduced DocuSign into certain workflows, and the clients that use the service can't say enough about how much time they save. It's almost obscene when you can take a process from a 3 day turnaround time down to 15 mintues. What do you dislike about DocuSign? Cost is always an issue, and using DocuSign isn't any different. "Amazing ease of use"

What do you like best about DocuSign? I like the newly added features that allows me to instantly share documents to users via group membership. What do you dislike about DocuSign? user to user sharing, this has been a thorn in my side from day one. with around 600 users, the duties of sharing users is a complicated one in the realm of time invested to onboard new staff.
