What do you like best about DocuSign? DocuSign saves us time and a lot of it. Before DocuSign, everything took more time than it should and there was a backlog. To fully execute a contract before took on average 30 minutes. We now have that down to less than 5 minutes. Everything is automated. What do you dislike about DocuSign? What do you like best about DocuSign? DocuSign's user friendly design is intuitive and easy to use by our 300 + senders. The ability to send a document while having a signer on the phone and complete it in minutes is amazing. What do you dislike about DocuSign? What do you like best about DocuSign? The interface is intuitive and the many features and options make it flexible to use for any process, in any industry or business function. The account management team has been excellent and responsive, and the development team has consistently made improvements and added new features over the years in response to feedback from their users (like me!). "Enjoying Docu-Sign!!!"

What do you like best about DocuSign? Ease of use! Completed documents automatically emailed to all persons signing and others added as copy only. What do you dislike about DocuSign? The final click needed on "confirm signing". If required, this should be much larger and more visible. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? For those who are unable to print out to sign and then scan back it is a huge benefit! Saves time and energy and reduces frustration!

What do you like best about DocuSign? ability to complete doc prep and signing in minimum time What do you dislike about DocuSign? nothing, the new Zipform+ is horrible on many levels though What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? immediate response and speed, removal of printing, signing, scanning, etc. by clients. This is a much easier and less complicated method that the above.

What do you like best about DocuSign? I think my favorite discovery was how to use the templates. As a realtor we have many frequently-required documents that need to be signed. Having all the signature/initial fields preset on a document I upload is wonderful. Also like the ability to save client's email addresses. The optional initial fields are also helpful. What do you like best about DocuSign? As a consultant, I have the luxury of recommending the best of the best. With that in mind, DocuSign is my go to e-signature application.
