Awful customer support experience.

Awful customer support experience. Raised our query five days ago and have been fobbed of delays and requests for more information (which we've provided and in the email thread) and claimed that they tried to call but couldn't figure out the international dial code... We are a small business trying to send contracts out. Wish we hadn't paid up front.

What do you like best about DocuSign? User is well guided of the steps they need to perform to fully sign the doc (Using CTAs) . What do you dislike about DocuSign? When the doc is opened in mobile browser, Mobile view can be improved. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? Easily signing all the employment onboarding forms when I transition to a new organisation.
