Jack Shunk is a LIAR, HORRIBLE COMPANY, don’t do business with them….

Horrible company. That rep Jack Shunk is a total scumbag. He chased me for a month to sign a contract with him. I wasn’t ready to sign but Jack told me I can cancel it at any time. So I went ahead and signed it. After I couple days I realized I didn’t like the service and wanted to cancel and DocuSign said you can’t cancel you signed a legal document. "Corporate Account - A Truly Awful Program"

What do you like best about DocuSign? There were very few upsides about DocuSign over other e-signature options. We had a corporate account, with 3600 signatures and 1500 KBA signatures over 3 years.
