Good product. Terrible customer service.
Good product. Terrible customer service. If you don't mind getting numerous invoices each year with little to no explanation... Docusign is perfect for you.

Interface not user friendly at all !!
I don't know who worked on the app / website design and user experience but someone should get fired.. Really not logical at all : having to fill in the person's contact before editing the document, not knowing if I should sign the doc before uploading, etc. Makes no sense, no wonder the competition is trying to get the market

The absolute worst
The absolute worst. Make a mistake and you can't edit it when dealing with third party files. Just a nightmare. Not user friendly at all. Trying to sign my insurance forms made me want to rip my hair out.

Very bad support
I joint this businessPro plan and ask support about set my own domain. They don't give reply for this, reply with unrelated answer and then no follow up. Also, their plan comparison page didn't show how many envelop limit for my plan until I paid and found in the admin page.

This company will screw. you as soon as you sign up. There is no way to reach them and dispute the fact they change the rates midstream. DO NOT USE!!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They just decided to upgrade my plan and charge me 2x more (add an extra 100 envelopes) just because I bought extra envelopes before my renewal was up. And now they refuse to refund me, saying it's not their policy and that they could credit the amount for next week when my renewal comes up. I'm furious, as if I'm going to renew with a backstabbing company like them next year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So now they have charged me 300$ for something I ...

Doesn’t even deserve a star
Doesn’t even deserve a star. Do not trust this company with your card details. They charged my account 3 times after I had logged in months after having an active account saying it was to pay off old invoices - however the account was dormant and inactive.

Overpriced and underdelivering app which they know is worthless that’s why they charge the yearly subscription up front. Ripoff you people are useless pigs I would not recommend Docusign to my worst enemy. I want a refund

Nothing works
Nothing works. The app asks you to sign on a desktop, on desktop you have to download a programme. The programme needs an extension. And after all that, there's simply a bug that requests contacting their customer service. Horrible.
