What do you like best? SpringCM has a team of most knowledgeable folks about the product they are trying to introduce. What do you dislike? I think they are outgrowing themselves, as implementation and kick off do take quite a bit of time. To be fair though, they do provide you with some information to go over, but for a while you are on your own, learning about the product. Better kick off strategy, that is what they need. Does the job!
What do you like best? Easy to use. Love the drag & drop functionality. What do you dislike? Sometimes it seems slow and buggy with issues yet to resolve. I wish there was a drag & drop function from one sub-folder to another sub-folder. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Document management and storage.

Easy to Use
What do you like best? It is cloud based, so you can access your documents anywhere you have an Internet connection. What do you dislike? I wish the attributes feature was easier to use and that I could review the attributes on a screen along with a list of multiple documents. Great tool for the busy in-house attorney
What do you like best? Contract version control and history as well as attribute tagging and searching are key features enhancing searchability of agreements. What do you dislike? When docs are sent for external review you cannot copy the message to others, but have to send a separate email making this a two step process. SpringCM is very easy to use
What do you like best? I like how it's easy to navigate around the software. What do you dislike? I don't like how some functionalities aren't customizable. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? SpringCM has allowed us to automate and organize our contract generation, which made it easier for our Legal users to complete our process.

Love SpringCM
What do you like best? It is hard to pick just one thing. I love how everything is based off attributes. Allows us to set up numerous alerts so we don't miss key dates. Also love the search function. It is a very easy system to use. What do you dislike? It is not necessarily a criticism of SpringCM rather than a personal issue. It is a very free-form system so you can set it up however you want. SpringCM - contract management
What do you like best? SpringCM created a flexible workflow for our contracts which allow multiple validation scenerios in a contract process while still keeping approvals stored in one easy location. Integration with Salesforce has been seamless and we experienced a high adoption rate by our sales team. SpringCM has provided the features we need, with the support we need, to get what we need done
