Works great for our needs

Works great, reliable for our company. It's true that it seems to usually take 5-6 days for delivery but that's in line with what the estimates are that they show. Remember it is the US post office, not FedEx next day air. It certainly beats printing documents and putting stamps on an envelope

Terrible

Terrible. They need more than 6 days to print and mail a letter, which is awful. Also, the customer support is non-existent, they NEVER reply. I lost a lot of money, look for alternatives if you want your mail to arrive on time.

Best online mailing company I found, especially for small business

I spent a lot of time trying different online letter/postcard companies, and this was the best I found in terms of supporting small accounts and having reasonable prices. Their online interface is well-designed, as well.
