You can get customer insights on what links are working, if the content is helpful, are they downloading it, what pages are interesting etc. It allows you to upload pdfs with clickable buttons so I can continue the customer journey to the site. What do you like best? I have been receiving files with Docsend for quite a while and decided to give it a try. I quickly convert from a free user to a paid user and after a few months I got the annual subscription (much cheaper).
