DocSend is a document management and sharing platform built for sales, marketing, and fundraising teams. Its core strength is tracking and analytics—you can see who opened your documents, how long they spent on each page, and which sections generated engagement. I love DocSend
What do you like best? I love that I can at last track what happens when I send a document to a potential client, ally, partner, etc. It empowers me to follow up on leads and learn what they were interested in. It is also an amazing way to optimize the presentations. What do you dislike? I think that the pricing is a little high, specially if you are targeting start ups. Recommendations to others considering the product Use it! It will improve effectiveness to learn when to ...

Great Product for Fundraising!
What do you like best? Intuitive interface, ability to segment your audience, page-by-page analytics and notifications. What do you dislike? To have all fonts properly rendered, you need to upload a pdf - can't just upload the ppt. Recommendations to others considering the product Just give it a try - the product will speak for itself! What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Fundraising for a start-up.

Like Lays potato chips ... you can't (won't) use it just once!
What do you like best? frictionless to use. I'm an old white guy and I still figured it out in a second. What do you dislike? nothing yet, but as I play with it more I will let you know. wait - here's one - when you pause a presentation, I could navigate and see the other slides very well, they are sort of grayed out. that could be easier to see in some way, perhaps a separate smaller window Recommendations to others considering the product use it! What business problems are you ...

You can't buy this level of insight!
What do you like best? Ability to analyze who, what content, and how long my documents are viewed in real-time.. What do you dislike? Hard to find a fault in the software, but if I had to suggest future product enhancements it would be the ability to review a document with the other user (recorded or in real-time so I could see their reactions. Recommendations to others considering the product If you are raising funding DocSend is a must have! I can't imagine not using their ...

Great experience with monitoring and tracking documents and gauging viewer interest.
What do you like best? tracking multiple documents being sent, gauging interest from the viewer and being able to update the document on my end. For privacy of the information being sent out, I like being able to sever the document link on my end after a designated period of time has elapsed. What do you dislike? Non thus far, but still relatively new to all of the functionality options. Will touch base again later after I have had a chance to experience. What business problems are ...

Our go-to product for sending presentations
What do you like best? I spent days researching various presentation products, and DocSend was the clear winner. It's really easy to use, with a clean UI. The analytics DocSend provides are fantastic—it's great to get the feedback of how much time specific people spend on specific pages of your presentation. A killer feature is the ability to prevent viewers from downloading copies of confidential documents. I couldn't find that anywhere else. Lastly, I love the ability to make edits to ...

DocSend Happy Client
What do you like best? The simplicity of uploading a document and sharing a link is a highlight. It is great that one gets sent a notification once the receiver opens the document and how much of the document they have seen. What do you dislike? There aren't too many features I dislike. I struggle to update the same document shareable link. I find I have to send the client a new link, when ever the document is updated, unless I am doing something wrong? What business problems are you ...
