What do you like best? Being able to track page views, opens and how long someone spends on any given document is a super huge value to a sales professional like myself. I also love that our customers can view the document without having to leave their email browser. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love that you can video chat with clients using this service. I like that it keeps track of opened links. What do you dislike? Video conferencing could be really spotty. Also I wish that they tracked email opens regardless of whether or not a link was clicked on within the email. What business problems are you solving with the product?
