DocHub is such a great app to have in your back pocket! I have been using the free version for years and it has all the tools I need to get my work done. I can annotate PDFs with callouts, comments, add my signature or Sales Stamp to my Invoices to process. I can add Text, arrows, and highlights as well - it's great! I strongly recommend you, at least, try the free version, and see if it handles all you need.

By far the easiest and hassle-free option for quickly reading, signing, dating, etc. that I've ever found. you can save multiple signatures to quickly fill out forms, and it gives an option to write your signature on your phone and import to the website so you don't have to use your mouse/trackpad.
