Do not use Decebo or guykat.com. We bought a LMS package with these guys. GUYKAT.COM was the broker for Decebo it was all fine at first until they changed their packages and are trying to force us to upgrade. They have closed our Learning management and it took me over 2 weeks to get it unlocked. When you are running a E-Learning business the Learning management is core foundation of the business.
