What do you like best? Easy to handle, many functions and possibilities, branded material, great helpdesk What do you dislike? Friendly, global, but room for improvement

What do you like best? Docebo have a very uder/customer friendly approach. Our Customer Success Manager is always there for us and open to listen to any issue/feedback we have. He is always very optimistic and enthusiastic, constantly trying to keep us in the loop. Great support with launching and running of the LMS throughout the whole time

What do you like best? They're very responsive, always address my questions and are willing to have as many teleconferences as possible to help me out. The LMS they offer has a lot of functions and runs smoothly. They're updating their LMS quite often and from what I can see, they listen to feedback. What do you dislike? Phenomenal Knowledge Base - So easy to find information and how-to data!

What do you like best? The Docebo Knowledge Base is hands-down the best I've ever seen, supporting an LMS. When the product rolls, there's zero lag between the product functionality, and the knowledge-base. This made it possible for us to train our top-level administrators within a matter of weeks, instead of months. What do you like best? The first thing i liked of Docebo, was their Customer Service, the attention was amazing and everyone that tread me were very kind. The platorm is nice and clean. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We love how modern its UX is. It's not as clunky or ugly as the others out there. Reporting with it is simply amazing. Since it's a SAAS, its functionalities are constantly being included all the time free of charge.
