Friendly, global, but room for improvement
What do you like best? Docebo have a very uder/customer friendly approach. Our Customer Success Manager is always there for us and open to listen to any issue/feedback we have. He is always very optimistic and enthusiastic, constantly trying to keep us in the loop. What do you dislike? unfortunately, there have been moments (issues where Docebo has not been able to provide us with what we need (e.g. running platform on older Android devices, gamification badges on mobile, branded app ...

Great support with launching and running of the LMS throughout the whole time
What do you like best? They're very responsive, always address my questions and are willing to have as many teleconferences as possible to help me out. The LMS they offer has a lot of functions and runs smoothly. They're updating their LMS quite often and from what I can see, they listen to feedback. What do you dislike? Sometimes it's a bit too hard to push some ideas. They always want us to use their ideas portal and there's not much room for negotiation with that. In order to introduce ...

Phenomenal Knowledge Base - So easy to find information and how-to data!
What do you like best? The Docebo Knowledge Base is hands-down the best I've ever seen, supporting an LMS. When the product rolls, there's zero lag between the product functionality, and the knowledge-base. This made it possible for us to train our top-level administrators within a matter of weeks, instead of months. The ability to rapidly find answers for yourself, will result in YOU being in control of the data flow. You're only limited by your imagination on how to use the Docebo ...

Docebo: a new way to learn
What do you like best? One of the things that i appreciate most is the ease of use but at the same time the wide variety of functions and wide possibilities that the platform allows. I really appreciate the concept of LMS that allows users to take advantage of the training, in different forms, at any time and in different places. More over is important the the consolidated structure of the platform. What do you dislike? There's nothing we're not liking, but during the second part of on ...

Modern LMS
What do you like best? Docebo is top of the industry platform offering a learning portal for companies and employees. What do you dislike? The price they are offering is just for companies. They don't focus on small entrepreneurs. Recommendations to others considering the product I think they are clear on their market, but it will be good to offer a solution for small entrepreneurs. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Integrating a ...

One of the best things that the world can offer.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We love how modern its UX is. It's not as clunky or ugly as the others out there. Reporting with it is simply amazing. Since it's a SAAS, its functionalities are constantly being included all the time free of charge. Docebo is constantly updated with any new learning trends and factors that go into feature development. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I like using it so much. There's nothing much to hate with it. ...
