Easy to use and understand. Lots of features.

What do you like best? Docebo is easy to use and understand. The implementation period is great. You really learn a lot and are left in a good position to continue on after implementation. What do you dislike? I think the ticket system and how quickly things are fixed could be worked on. We waited 3 months for a but to be fixed and the original ETA for the big fix was only 1 month. Bugs in the system really should be prioritized and not take any longer than a week to fix. What problems ...

It is a robust platform that is very flexible.

What do you like best? I like the set up for using Learning Plans and the mobile app works really well. I like the implementation of the live chat to trouble shoot issues. Help Desk Support are professional. The dedicated implementation specialist. This was so helpful with our process/journey to go live. What do you dislike? Using the Central Repository makes updating and versioning content efficient and being able to quickly see which courses the content resides in is a reassurance that all the content will push to all the courses listed with easy access to add additional courses.
