Docebo

What do you like best? Docebo is very user friendly. It provides a great experience. The are always on the path to innovate and improve. They usually show their roadmap and it is exactly what we are looking for. They are more of a partnership than a buyer/seller approach. Their conference is fun and useful. What do you dislike? Branching is a little limited to how we might like to segment employees, but it works for the purpose. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Global Perspective

What do you like best? We are able to engage our members who are global in engaging content while also allowing them to provide their own learning plans What do you dislike? When we do our technical support, we are limited in the views of how individuals are experiencing their issues. I am not able to confirm if they are using which internet browser. Mobile app is not to our organizations standards. Recommendations to others considering the product: Improve mobile app. What ...

Great for any size company

What do you like best? We love the ease of use of Docebo. The platform is great for anyone to be able to create training. Even our least tech-y employees are able to navigate the system and use it without headaches. We also love the end-user view, and have been able to implement e-learning/e-training for all our employees (and we are mostly remote employees, so that was important!) What do you dislike? The one thing missing for us is a training checklist or a competency tool (comp ...

Docebo Review

What do you like best? How adaptive Docebo is and how much the team continues to innovate. What do you dislike? The system does not let you go “back in time”. There is nothing set up to auto enrol people from things they no longer need. Recommendations to others considering the product: Have a solid plan about what you want to achieve. While adaptive, it can be cumbersome to “undo” what you have done to move in a different direction. (Ie change learning plans, you will still have ...

Does a lot well, does some things not well

What do you like best? - The intuitive user interface, and clean design - The mobile application - The ease of building course work What do you dislike? - The mount of bugs that we work through regularly. - I don't like the back button changes depending on the page you're on - The enrollment system. I'd rather just give people access to a class or not, rather than also having to manage their enrollments. - Managing visibility via menus instead of pages. What problems ...

A LMS Provider That Wants to Grow With You

What do you like best? I've been consistently impressed by Docebo's drive to innovate and grow, providing new and exciting opportunities for both Admins and Learners in the platform. The Docebo Inspire conference is unlike any other LMS experience I've had. What do you dislike? Occasionally, certain features that I've come to expect in an LMS have been unavailable (or not yet available). What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We've ...

Need a lot of work arounds.

What do you like best? Having a customer rep who we can turn to for help is good, because it's needed. The ability to ask for help via email or online messaging is good too. What do you dislike? I don't feel that product is built for classroom training. We teach the same class in many countries at a different price in different languages. The language and price is set a the course level rather than the session level so we have to use CSS to get around having the language and price ...
