The conference has been very helpful with hearing from existing companies.

What do you like best? The panel “Unlocking the Potential of External Training”. We haven’t launched Docebo yet (will by the end of the month) so it was nice to hear from people who have been on Docebo for 2 years, 1 year, and a few months and how their experience is all the same. What do you dislike? I wished we had heard about some of the integrations (E.g. Training Orchestra) before we started integration. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Sr. Manager, Talent and Development

What do you like best? Docebo offers a very comprehensive and simplistic platform that users feel compelled and excited to come back to. The very user friendly front end for learners enables training beyond other platforms specifically through Docebo’s innovation in the L&D space and intensive social learning. It gets better, the user confidence in Docebo is all driven by an equally easy to navigate back end for admins. So this means, less time fussing with coding and more time ...

UX is great. Support could be better.

What do you like best? The UX, design, look and feel. Ease of use What do you dislike? The Mobile experience using Articulate Rise courses and web links is not the best experience. Navigating out from the course and back again is not good. The lack of tracking time spent offline is needed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We’ve just started and excited to solve our business problems with Ashley.

What do you like best? How customizable the platform is and how easy it is to get content in. What do you dislike? Issues that come up during releases or behind-the-scenes releases that are not communicated out properly. Many times I have come across something like catalogs not sorting properly and chatted only to find out "yes, we are aware of this". What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our onboarding process has been expedited in our ...
