What do you like best? I love the improvements that Dixa underwent in the last couple of years. We started with a bit of frustration and now we're at the point where almost everything is going smooth. I think it's a complicated system to learn - but when you know how it works, it is really nice!

What do you like best? I like the fact the it has all-in-one! You can chat, answer mails, answer call + call members. I also love the fact that you can transfer mails to other agents.
