What do you like best about Dixa? Dixa has unique filters that assist with the organization of our call logs. What do you dislike about Dixa? There are times calls can be a bit muffled. What problems is Dixa solving and how is that benefiting you? Dixa connects our office to clients and partners.

"The use of the software is effortless and has great functions for customer service agents"
What do you like best about Dixa? The side conversation, the fact that you have everything in one window and that it's easy to change and adapt with the UX in the flow builders. What do you dislike about Dixa? Your internal comments are still horrible. You need to scroll up to find them or be on the correct conversation. It should be possible to comment on a customer card. "Amazing Idea!"
What do you like best about Dixa? Dixa gives me time to settle down again after an angry partner check-in. It's easy to use. What do you dislike about Dixa? Sometimes calls disappear too fast. I feel the connection needs to be faster. What problems is Dixa solving and how is that benefiting you? I can call from sitting in the US to Germany and it is so easy.

"Ease of use and many functions"
What do you like best about Dixa? There templates support liquid synthax, which is great for creating nice looking templates. What do you dislike about Dixa? It can be heavy inloading sometimes, so it feels like a big database is loading many times. What problems is Dixa solving and how is that benefiting you? Our customer Service both for merchants and shoppers. So B2C and B2B ingoing calls, mails, chats and more.

What do you like best about Dixa? Very user friendly, fast assistance in chat when needed. What do you dislike about Dixa? Sometimes minor technical issues, not loading fast enough etc. What problems is Dixa solving and how is that benefiting you? Customer experience inquiries, SOME handling.

"An intuitive platform for Customer Service interactions"
What do you like best about Dixa? The note-taking and ability to transfer or move to a side conversation is easy and intuitive while maintaining critical information What do you dislike about Dixa? Sometimes it doesn't allocate tickets even when you are available and there are tickets to be had What problems is Dixa solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to communicate with customer's in a range of different ways makes our availability and response times better

"I would recommend Dixa to anyone managing a Customer Service"
What do you like best about Dixa? Dixa is really easy to use. We have been able to decrease our contact rate with our FAQs page and help center and increase our customers sastifaction. What do you like best about Dixa? The customer service team is always there to help you when you are facing some issues. They are very knowledgable and attentive.
