Divvy has been a great partner for our start-up company

What do you like best? Most helpful for us has been the establishment of the credit line and the ability to grow that line as our business grows What do you dislike? With the growth in our transaction quantity, a better integration with our accounting platform What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Divvy helps us control our spend and have an easier to manage expense control process

Attentive service. Simple product.

What do you like best? Divvy has incredible customer service. They help out with troubleshooting and new solutions at every step of the way. What do you dislike? Mobile app can't manage other accounts if you are an admin. Everything else is super robust and easy to manage/change. Recommendations to others considering the product: This is a great way to be as transparent and as flexible as needed in your organization. It allows multiple people to have access to what they need ...

Great Corporate Credit Card Solution

What do you like best? We've enjoyed using Divvy as our corporate credit card solution. It has made tracking receipts much easier, and has allowed us to plan and allocate our funds. I believe our team will only become more efficient over time as we integrate more of Divvy's features with our system. What do you dislike? My least favourite thing about Divvy is estimating the budgets. For example, we allocate $2000 to a sales trip. If the rep needs more funds, we have to add them to ...

Almost great

What do you like best? I like to track expenses by budget and that I know every expense. I really like that it integrates with QB. What do you dislike? I don't like that I can't approve budget increases on the mobile version. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Control and track expenses.

Divvy Experience

What do you like best? The most useful aspect of Divvy is that we can export transactions to Excel and export the receipts to a zip file to eliminate paper! What do you dislike? I do not like that payment for the prior month is due the first of the following month. It does not give users enough time to get their transactions updated causing accounting to not get the statement entered prior to submitting payment. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...

Divvy has been great for us

What do you like best? It's convenient to set budgets for each of my departments. What do you dislike? It's often difficult to manage settings on my account. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's been very helpful for all members of our team to have cards with controlled budgets. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We like to be able to authorize our developers to purchase the software they need without ...

Easy to use

What do you like best? I like being able to categorize expenses, especially now that the app has been updated to include more categories, and allocating funds is incredibly easy. The app is very user-friendly. It's easy for me to tell how much money I have available and how my team is spending. Couldn't be happier! What do you dislike? It would be great if the app could recognize expenses that come up frequently (i.e., that Uber or Marriott should always be categorized as "travel"). ...

Divvy's incredibly powerful, but extremely complex

What do you like best? Microloading transactions and restricting things based on their location and vendor type. It's really a great way to give your business the spend it needs without running into problems where people abuse the cards. The rewards program has steadily improved as well. What do you dislike? The process of loading funds can be arcane and seem like black magic. That needs to be a lot easier than it currently is. It seems like I have to load in a budget, then to a ...
