I LIKE THE FACT BILL MAKES IT EASY TO REVIEW TRANSACTIONS WHILE HAVING THE RECEIPTS ALSO RIGHT THERE FOR REVIEW, ALSO LIKE HOW THE STATEMENT REFLECT THE TOTAL TO PAY WEEKLY AND LIST ALL TRANSACTOIN DURING THE PAY PERIOD, ALSO THE WEEKLY REMINDER ARE HELPFUL TO MY TEAM.

Easy to approve and review…
Easy to approve and review transactions. Easy for cardholders to attach receipts and code, which is a timesaver for employees who travel frequently. Filters are helpful for getting a quick overview of certain types of expenses during a specific time frame.

Bill Spend and Expense has streamlined our process
Bill Spend and Expense has streamlined our credit card purchasing. Being able to create cards and set budgets for individual purchasers has lessened the workload of the accounting dept. Being able to scan invoices reduces the paper filing needed. The rewards are very competitive too. Would recommend.

Bill makes transactions and spending…
Bill makes transactions and spending easy. We have many transactions everyday and the reporting is easy to create, whether it is missing a receipt or missing an approval from a manager, I can create those reports and send those to the appropriate managers for review. The techs can easily upload a picture of their receipt and allocate those funds to the appropriate Budget and location. We have been very happy with the application and the customer service.

This has helped out the organization ALOT..
This has helped out the organization tremendously with receipt captures and expense reporting. Previously, I was ending up with stacks of receipts on my desk to go through days or weeks after the transactions already occurred. With Divvy, we immediately gained back time, received immediate insights into company and employee spend, and had an easily integrated, paperless system for managing expenses and payments within our ERP system (Sage100 *we did have to set up a simple VI import). ...

Loving the ease and flexibility of…
Loving the ease and flexibility of managing my company spending. I've converted two companies from traditional card-based systems through banks to this, and we were able to cut our spending by more than half and focus it on the initiatives that were most important to us.

Accurate financials and processes
I have used Bill.com with large companies and small businesses. This has been an amazing tool for both businesses allowing for more accurate financial accounting as well better processes and controls. I would recommend to anyone.
