So easy to use!
As an admin, it's so easy to adjust budgets, order new cards, and approve expenses. As a user, the process for creating the expense and attaching the receipt is great! All from my phone with a few touches!

Not your old fashioned business card
I am AP clerk in a publicly traded company with the responsibility of reconciling our credit card, Divvy has made it so much easier to have the access to log in, review charges, code the charges, upload receipts, and still get a manager approval. I can reconcile weekly vs monthly, saving me a LOT of TIME. Long gone are the days of just getting a statement at the end of the month and finding surprises.

We love BILL! It's very easy to use. Everyone loves the fact that they do not to save the receipts any more. Just snap a pic and upload.

Divvy saves us so much time
Love the Divvy card and the app, it makes it so easy to upload receipts & input budget codes. It connects to quickbooks so no need to manually enter info into QB. It saves our staff so much time!

We use Bill.com for our company credit card management and the service has been great. We can also pay vendors and receive customer payments through the system and funds move so fast. It's been very helpful for my company and easy to use for everyone.

Using BILLL Spend & Expense has made our expense tracking process so much smoother both for our users and our bookkeeper - users can upload and code receipts directly in the app, and transaction details sync to QuickBooks Online, saving our bookkeeping staff tons of time matching and coding expenses.
