Fantastic tool for a remote workforce

We are a small nonprofit that had to go virtual during the pandemic. We issued each team member a card and this has helped us automate our reimbursements, monitor budget and empower our team members with flexibility in their expenses. The following year as we prepared to file our taxes with our auditor, I was able to pull out reports and copies of transactions easily as part of our audit process. The Divvy/Bill platform is extremely easy to set up and navigate especially when you compare it to similar competitor platforms. A little more Ai related assistance with user charges would be helpful.

Very easy to process receipts

Bill.com makes it very easy to process receipts. Our employees are submitting receipts quicker than with our previous platform which means I don't have to track down receipts to close each month. It's a win/win!

Bill (formerly Divvy) is GREAT

Bill (formerly Divvy) is GREAT! It allow us to easily track budgets, allow various people to spend money within the organization with parameters, and syncs well with QBO. It is a great tool for our organization!

Good for admins, great for users, perfect for accountants

I love Bill's spend and expense platform (formerly Divvy). It's user friendly for admins, there are multiple options for users to access and code their transactions, and the integration to QuickBooks online has been flawless. No complaints!

Spend Control and Continued Innovation

We started using Divvy 6 years ago and it has been amazing. It has become a critical piece of our business for spend control, spend flexibility, and closing the books. I was concerned we would lose functionality, the continual innovation, and overall experience with the Divvy platform when the company was purchased, however, Bill has done an incredible job with the transition. The platform is even better now than it was before.

Bill allows me control

Bill allows me to control my company's credit card spending. Each manager has their own card and I am able to allocate the approved funds once a purchase order is approved. Bill streamlines receipt match-up and I no longer have to waste time asking for missing receipts. I can immediately shut down any card that shows fraudulent activity and Bill refunds my money quickly and painlessly. All around 5 star company!
