Fantastic tool for a remote workforce
We are a small nonprofit that had to go virtual during the pandemic. We issued each team member a card and this has helped us automate our reimbursements, monitor budget and empower our team members with flexibility in their expenses. The following year as we prepared to file our taxes with our auditor, I was able to pull out reports and copies of transactions easily as part of our audit process. Good for admins, great for users, perfect for accountants
I love Bill's spend and expense platform (formerly Divvy). It's user friendly for admins, there are multiple options for users to access and code their transactions, and the integration to QuickBooks online has been flawless. No complaints!

Very easy to process receipts
Bill.com makes it very easy to process receipts. Our employees are submitting receipts quicker than with our previous platform which means I don't have to track down receipts to close each month. It's a win/win!

Friendly User-Interface
