Quick and easy!
It's easy to upload receipts and get expenses approved. I like being able to submit my expenses/receipts on the app as soon as the transaction takes place. That way it's done quickly and while it's top of mind. Approving my team's expenses is quick and easy, too!

So much easier!
As a nonprofit leader, I often have to provide proof of expenditures. BILL Spend & Expense lets everyone on my team have appropriate access to funds, and they can categorize them in the buckets that make sense to us. Plus, if I want to change their selections (that's Public Relations, not Marketing!) I can easily do it. Easy to use platform on the desktop, plus mobile access to all the same features. Love it.

So much easier!

Love it!

Central Platform for Business Cards
It has really helped our organization by having a central platform for all business cards (100+), and having one person versed in the ins and outs of the platform really does help streamline questions to be answered and transactions to be reconciled within our company policy.

Super easy!
It's been so convenient to snap a picture and upload the receipt right after the transaction. I'd recommend Bill Spend to any business.
