OTP SMS are not received by customers. We have been having a repetitive issue with d7networks. Our customers are not able to login because of this. Slow customer support. I'm telling them that I have also tested and that I'm not receiving the sms, and they are telling me that they see that it has been sent. Well no! Since I have my phone in hand and I'm telling you that it's not received! And when I asked for a refund, they completely ignored me! We are switching the SMS provider. This ...
