Ordered twice through them and both times they were absolutely appalling. Unfortunately they are Lenovo Europe default vendor. First time they changed invoicing causing me financial loss and on second order got the delivery wrong.

Bad with maths

I've placed an order for a Tablet from the official Lenovo site, they took the money, then canceled the order "For an error with the price". When they have to take money, they took immediately, but when it's the moment to give them back, I've to wait for more than 1 day. WHY???

Racist and Bigoted

Canceled my wife's order of Nvidia cards because she used my credit card to make a limited quantity per customer purchase. I explained being a stay at home mom she used my card to make the purchase because she does't have income, which triggered it as being over the quantity. They told me they apologize for my circumstance...(I am assuming having a wife who stays at home with our child is an apologetic circumstance and she does't deserve to have anything that may be sold through digital ...

MyCommerce Purchase

I just bought Bigasoft Video Downloader Pro on the MyCommerce site with no problems. Paid by Paypal. They added a tiny tax amount which is fine. This was a great price for this downloader that downloads multiple files. I purchased many class videos on Craftsy.com and some of my classes are 10 downloads. Can you imagine doing them one by one? When I enter the URL and tell the program to download all files that is what it does, easily and simply. And no one has added any charges to Paypal. ...

Started a new subscription with Kaspersky, and it was handled brilliantly. Great communication and got all the documents / invoices etc with no hassle. Would recommend.
