I was headed on a business trip to the UK and realised at the airport on Friday evening that I had forgotten my ThinkPad charger, rendering my laptop useless. Ordered a replacement to the UK address I was staying at on the Lenovo website (distributed by Digital River) and it arrived on the Monday lunchtime. Super happy with the service! Especially after reading all the bad reviews. The delivery updates were also really useful, as I knew exactly when to expect the courier.

What do you like best about Digital River? Great service and efforts. Dashboard is well-designed and monthly payment are on-time. No problem with different currencies. What do you dislike about Digital River? Nothing.Only control panel can be improved for checking paid amount list. I initially wrote: "Two months ago I bought a product which uses this platform and I got a dead link to download the software. The server issuing the error belonged to MyCommerce, so as a technical issue it was probably their problem and not the vendors. Support told me to write to the vendor as they saw it as their responsibility. How can it ...

Seems like my story is the same as everyone else. no phone number. no response. no download. Looks like a total ripoff to me. i didnt hear from anyone however i figured out how to workaround their delivery system. it does work. blew out a win 10 password to a computer of my fathers which when he passed the pw was lost.

Stay away! Please! From the outside it looks like a very professional company but instead it's a scam! There is no phone number to call! Everything goes by email back and forth....please don't buy, please.

Avoid it. No coupon. No software.

I was going to buy a software, searched for a coupon available and planned on that site. Payment was confirmed but no email, no download link, nothing at all. At least, no money were subtracted from my paypal account, for the moment.
