Ordered a Lenovo Ideapad 530s
Ordered a Lenovo Ideapad 530s On 11-04-2019 I ordered a Lenovo Ideapad 530s via Lenovo's Danish website. The same day I received order confirmation from Lenovo's partner Digital River. The following day I received a shipping confirmation and a UPS tracking link. The laptop was delivered after 3 working days, and I could follow it all the way via the UPS link.

I agree with others
I bought a product from their affiliate (FoneLab) which has not worked since the install. I believe this company does not stand behind its products and customer support is non-existent. I have tried, sending endless emails, since there is no phone support to reconcile the matter and get a refund. My bad for not doing more research and must agree with the frustrations of everyone on here giving bad reviews. I am currently awaiting the results from Paypal to see if I can get my money back. ...

It's a shame that this is Lenovo's main reseller in the UK
Just stopping by to leave another 1 star review. I'll keep it simple: made an order, didn't hear anything for six weeks, then it got cancelled. No way to communicate with customer services. They don't respond to emails and they redirect all phone calls about purchases to their website.

Just one more bad review between many others. Delivery failed and as such, instead of doing anything about it, I was informed by their customer service to buy again if I wanted it. The issue lies in the fact that I never got refunded, not even after 3 weeks of email exchanges. Called my bank to start a payment dispute, one week after still no news, it's as unacceptable as it gets, stay clear.

Refusal to cancel and refund an order that has not been delivered - UK Distance Selling Regulations
I wished I had read this site first!! Ordered £1,500 of laptop and support contract etc. The courier used by Lenovo and Digital River (their fulfillment agent) appears to have lost this in transit, and the courier has already raised a case number. Given that twice the maximum estimated delivery time has now passed and I am within the 14 day limit I have exercised my right to cancel the order under UK distance selling regulations and requested cancellation and a full refund. RIP off company
RIP off company, constantly offering "free trials" then taking your money without asking, before the trial is up!! They even took money off me again when I had already paid and had 8 months to go still!! They used to be great and always used them, usually the free software, but they have got too big and too greedy.
