Can't give 0 stars so gets 1. Absolute shambles if you order a Lenovo product that is faulty. Ordered the Lenovo Yoga and came with a faulty mic. Return for repair, which was 2 months ago and still no sight of when this will get fixed. LENOVO have lost all credibility with me. Again, looking at reviews here, this seems to be the case for a while now. I just hope that someone who is considering buying a Lenovo product reads this first so that they don't go anywhere close to a Lenovo ...

Wow I thought I was the only one....

Wow I thought I was the only one.... I bought a tablet from Lenovo and these guys fulfill for them. The box arrived damaged. A large box with barely any packaging so the internal box was crumpled too. Email to explain and they asked me to return it for a refund. I advised that I'd like a replacement as obviously I wanted an undamaged item. This was then blown up to me having to sign a affidavit so they would exchange directly using the courier. Difficult Customer Services

Very difficult to return defective brand new Lenovo Idea Centre. Lenovo technical services confirmed the unit is defective and gave a return number but Digital River continually keep asking for information that they already have. Really frustrating - its as if they don't want to take the computer back!

DONT BUY - YOU WONT GET THE PRODUCT YOU PAID FOR

We bought a Lenovo V V530-15ICB Desktop for our son via Lenovo's agent Digital River. The specification sheet clearly states under CONNECTIVITY 802.11AC 1x1 + Bluetooth® 4.0 Combo so there should be Wireless adapter. The computer came but no wireless adapter which has also been confirmed by the Lenovo team. We have now for 14 days been bounced by Digital river from one "customer services" person to the next. Terrible program - can't get my laptop to function properly after installing and paying for a one-year subscription. I am going to contact PayPal to refund my purchase. I should have researched this company prior to buying their product - let the buyer be aware!!

I bought anti virus software from them…

I bought anti virus software from them a couple of years ago. Unfortunately they have taken upon themselves to debit my account TWICE yearly for the same software within 3 months. So I'm paying over £100 for software? How can I get them to cancel the last one and refund???

I will never buy form Digital River/Lenovo

Ordered Thinkpad on line plus promotional "free" smart phone. Lenovo/Digital River denied the promotion and tried to charge for the "free" smart phone. In all my years of "on line" shopping this is the worst experience. I will never buy from "this"/"these" companies in the future. Steve

The worst company I have come across in…

The worst company I have come across in all my years of online shopping. Ordered a Lenovo laptop from Lenovo which is fulfilled by their reseller Digital River. The laptop arrived but it had scratches on it so returned it. This was over 2 months ago and I'm still waiting for a refund. I call them weekly only to be told the refund has been sent, howver it's not in my account and my bank has confirmed it is not pending so clearly hasn't been sent. MyCommerce is a trustworthy payment processing service.

MyCommerce is a payment provider for vendors selling mostly digital goods and services, such as software licenses. We have been working with them for many years and they are very reliable and trustworthy. You should only get to their web site from a vendor's site where you want to order something. Then they will process the payment. It's a payment service. Nothing wrong with it at all.
