They will steal your credit card information

I made a purchase thru mycommerce.com a subsidiary of digital river. It was the only transaction my credit card made as it was new. Shortly after I was bombarded by denials from my bank saying someone was trying to buy items from Carolina Herrera, a luxury brand in New York City. Stay far far away from this company as someone who works for them is skimming this data from inside the company. I will NEVER use them nor do business with any company that uses digital river.

This company are trying to take a subscription fee from my account after I have cancelled the subscription from AVG two months ago. How can they get away with this

SHAM order processing/online shop operator

These guys operate the onkine store for trend micro and process the payments on they behalf... O purchased a product from trend micro last year and JUST, OUT-OF-THE-BLUE received a “renewal” notice from these guys TO EHICH THEY ILLEGALLY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD😡😡😡 ***UPDATE: APRIL 24, 2024*** I contacted trend micro and they said digital rivers area to issue refunds and debit from accounts…. And dont bother trying to contact these guys via email or telephone CAUSE THEY DONT ANSWER ...

I purchased a product from Avast via…

I purchased a product from Avast via Digital River, but the transaction wasn't completed properly. Money was deducted, but I wasn't redirected to the Avast website. It's surprising that they lack a system to check transaction success and issue automatic refunds. Now, I'm spending time contacting parties instead of simply renewing my antivirus.

Took out payments that were not mine.

It's a scam, don't touch them.

It's a scam. They take unauthorised payments without notice, my case through Paypal, and I don't even know what it's for, they should be investigated. I have hopefully stopped any further fraudulent charges via my Paypal account.

Digitalriver protecting scammers.

I got scammed by a company called PassFab who use DigitalRiver product MyCommerce. I sought technical assistance at myCommerce, and unfortunately they closed the case without any explanation. Seems like Digitalriver supporting and protecting scammers. Be aware of them please.

I preordered something from Bandai, payed with paypal, then got deducted quickly. But returning from the checkout page, it says an error. My money got deducted but no preorder confirmation!

Deceptive business practices - no way to cancel

Deceptive business practices. Don't get caught out like I did. They LIE. They get you to sign up for a trial period, but demand you fill in legitimate payment details. For a trial? But, they promise you can cancel at any time before the payment is due. The problem is, they provide no way of doing said cancellation before the trial period ends.
