Appalling service

Appalling service, avoid if possible! I ordered a Carbon x1 and, after customization, was given a slightly longer shipping period that standard spec systems on the Lenovo site of 3-4 weeks. Digital River put the transaction through on my card and the estimated shipping date is now nearly 3 MONTHS away. When will it arrive?

Ordered a laptop with the promise of shipping within 9 days. Received an email informing me of a delay in shipping about a week after ordering which is annoying but delays can happen. About 5 days after the first delay I got another email informing me of a further delay. What is the point of promising customers a delivery within a time frame if you can't keep your promise. Lenovo/ Digital River - AVOID

Purchased a laptop bag on the Levono website, turns up without the shoulder strap. Rang Digital River as they deal with the customer service side of things; unfortunately I could barely understand the person on the other side of the phone and vice versa. Digital River + Lenovo: a living nightmare

I've bought a new 4th Lenovo X1 carbon, which could not boot ! Bad luck but not the least ! First zero star to Lenovo for selling such expensive products for this poor reliability. Then zero star for Digital River: After many emails, for a PC bought on the 8 of August, I have been told, my replacement PC will be sent on the 22th of october (if I'm lucky). No voucher, no product upgrade proposed ... I supposed : "Customer service" is not in their vocabulary ...
