We are a growing software company and Digital River enables us to sell to hundreds of countries. They take care of the currency conversion, payment methods, tax and compliance in all of those countries for our checkout which we would not be able to replicate in house and maintain our profit margin. What a lot of cowboys,,

What a lot of cowboys this company employs, They take money from your bank account from a card that does not exist and the annoying part is that my bank lets them even though I cancelled all payments to this company on August 26th 2019,I have asked for a refund but I have had no reply or refund, So the next stop is Lloyds Bank in person, I rang them 3 times over this matter and had the phone put down on me twice and the 3rd time I was advised to ask Digital River for a refund which I have done,

If there was 0 stars these charlatans would get it. The telesales force are rude and the chap who phoned me could barely be bothered to speak. I will never do business with a company who had a first point of contact THIS dreadful! Avoid!

Shower of S*it comes to mind. Awful customer service. They don't stick to advertised shipping times. Purchased a product from the Lenovo online store, advertised as 1-2 business days for shipping and no mention of being out of stock. After 3 business days I had received no updates or product so contacted the customer helpline. Was told they didn't have any information so had to raise a ticket to get an update on the estimated shipping date, which would take a further 2 days. 2 days ...

This company is definitely a scam

This company is definitely a scam. Paid for a software license as advertised by them but never got the license key to unlock it. Hope I all et a refund from Paypal. They never responded to my emails. Please stay away. SCAM!!!!

Digital River /Levono

Terrible company. Delivery in 1-2 business days, not a hope... Product advert bought straight, no updates or software requirements, waiting two weeks now. Customer service have hung up, told me they would update me, ignored email after email. Now going to PayPal and getting my money back. They now offered me 5% off for delay and promise 72hr... but can't get an answer as to 72hrs to shipping or delivery

Applaling service

Bought a Lenovo Thinkbook from Lenovo/Digital River three weeks ago and when it arrived it wouldn't turn on. Digital River are refusing to let me return it for a refund on the basis that it has been more than 14 days since I made my purchase. Explained to them that we didn't try it out straight away as it was a Christmas present and that under UK law (Consumer Rights Act 2015) I have 30 days from date of delivery to return it but they seem to think law doesn't apply to them. HORRIBLE!

bought a laptop with 1-2 day delivery. after about 1.5 weeks i get i message the laptop isnt in stock. after 3 weeks i contacted their support to find out when i can expect delivery. an automated answer saying they have absolutely no idea is sent to me. another week later i contacted them again, requesting at least an estimated delivery date, some kind of information at all. the same exact automated answer was sent to me again. absolutely horrific support and customer treatment! never ever ...

Watch Out! These people will rip you off Paid for there software but didn't received the software and did not get my money back. This is a SCAM people watch out! They work with Digital River and Mycommerce as a payment provider. They tell you your creditcard isn't working and will let you pay with alternive methods!
