Dreadful Customer Service
Ordered Lenovo laptop which stated 1-2 days delivery. Contacted them after 3 days and asked them to confirm if this laptop was still secured for me as it was showing as out of stock since I ordered it. I said I was happy to change to a similar spec laptop (just different colour) which was in stock if so, but they assured me that once my order was in place then it was secured and there was no need to change my order. Yet another bad experience with Digital River (Lenovo Partner)
If you are lucky enough you'll receive your order on time and perhaps not charged twice; based on all of these negative reviews, it seems that less than 20% who ordered items from Lenovo UK through Digital River are happy customers. I'm not sure if Lenovo aware about Digital River of delaying orders and their very slow and sometimes unhelpful customer service; as they never send items on time despite Lenovo web site confirming that the item in stock and will be shipped in 1-2 or n business ...

DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!!!. Have been trying to cancel my account for almost 6 mo. No contact back. Even tried contacting support. Now I get an email that subscription renews on the 15th of this month. If I could select less than one star, I would! After a long correspondence with #DigitalRiver due to their charging us twice for a Lenovo order (over 5kEUR x2), they still haven't refunded us + we get a reply #today that includes our UPS order no. to track the double-charged order! (received 3 m. ago).

What a shame
Still waiting for videoconferencing product from Logitech, still waiting for mini-pc from Lenovo, Next step will be creditcard chargeback procedure. I cannot understand why Logitech and Lenovo doing business with this company, it's a shame for their reputation.

There is an easy way to cancel your orders. Once you log into your account, you can see a list of your orders/subscriptions, the product numbers are all links. Click on the one you want to remove, and you are taken to a description of that item. There is a button at the bottom to cancel the order.

BEWARE - Barely Legal Sharp Business Practices
So Digital River take your money for AVAST software - then when you find out how bad the software is they tell you to join the back of the queue to get refunds via Avast's Indian call centre were they can hardly string an English sentence together and fobb you off with lies. No one seems to have a good word to say about AVAST. They need to sort out their reputation . Absolutely abysmal software and customer service. Are they simply incompetent or fraudulent?
I bought a "1 month licence" for some software via Digital River. It didn't work so I just wrote it off, until I saw a second monthly charge hitting my PayPal account. Turns out I had unwittingly signed up for a monthly subscription, which was not at all clear from the product description.
