I was redirected to this website after an eBay purchase

I was redirected to this website through an eBay purchase. I purchased an item on eBay as I normally would, but realized after a little while that I never received a confirmation email from eBay, and the item was not showing up under my purchases on my eBay app. I used my PayPal to purchase the item so I checked that next and saw a change for $148 to “digital river inc” which I thought was strange. The initial purchase through eBay was for an item totally $90, but I was charged $148 ...

No way to contact

Paypal gives an email address to contact them. The autoreply gives a link with no way to contact them. You have to log in but I don't have an account to log in with! Ti need to search for your order but to do that you need a number. I don't have one as it is a subscription. I've had it for years but thought I cancelled it. But they took payment. The vendor doesn't reply. I've cancelled again. And devauthorised on paypal. Just getting nowhere.

BEWARE: I tried buying VMWARE Fusion through them. Paid $127 and got an email I'd get delivery within 30 minutes. It's been five days. They do not answer to support tickets and still no product. They simply took my money and ran. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM DIGITAL RIVER. this is clearly a scam.

I ordered VMWARE Fusion and the order was supposed to process within 24 hours. 5 days later and Broadcom says they have not received any order. Many calls and many hours of time and case numbers with both Broadcom and Digital River produced nothing. I am cancelling the order, and based on these other reviews in terms of getting refunds processed, I will submit this as fraud to the credit card company before the window expires.

ghastly - they take money when they have been told automatic renewal is cancelled, and never answer complaints. Avoid at all costs

Absolute! SCAM company. Watch out if you use paypal with this company. They will repeatedly re set up recurring payments with your account to scoop up a yearly cost!!! BEWARE !!!!

Unable to contact this supplier

I orders items from FITBIT. They have used Digital River UK Ltd. I ordered in March, it is now June and after much searching, of my e-mails, I find that there was insufficient address so the items were sent back to postal depot. They have now marked parcel as "sorted". I have no way of contacting FITBIT or Digital River UK. The address on company house and the invoice receipt is different. I am going around in circles to get a refund. No email or phone numbers. Not very good customer service.

Scammers.

Scammers. Charged me 224 euro. The order failed. I recieved no order number. I can not ask for a refund as no order was made. But they still took my money. What am I suppose to do
