Lenovo.ie please stay clear. Ordered a gaming PC on the 16th of December at 2am said ships in 1-2 days which was perfect as was a last minute Xmas gift for my son. After reading the horrendous reviews that are like any ones worst nightmare, I contacted to cancel 6 hours later at 10am. First I was told, I will have to see if that can get approval... Relevant to Finland Well, service wasn't that bad for me, ordered on last tuesday, asked for cancelation on thursday because thought on changing the shop because i was going to my home country on wednesday, on same evening the shipping was confirmed, on friday it got to Tampere(I live in Oulu) and it stayed like this whole weekend and on monday(today) without any reminder UPS delivered it to me at 9 am. Servicio lamentable;Compre un portátil de Lenovo, y para empezar 10 días después del pago intentaron volver a cobrarme el mismo importe (por suerte no pudo hacerse efectivo este segundo cobro), pero bueno lo dejé pasar pensado que habría sido algún error.Cuando llegó el portátil, vino sin sistema operativo, me puse en contacto con ellos por que al hacer la compra ellos mismo me confirmaron que el modelo sí venía con sistema operativo. Lenovo Legion 7 zum Black Friday bestellt (war als verfügbar gelistet). Warte seit 28 Tagen auf eine Nachricht oder die Ware. Mehrdach angerufen und „Tickets“ eröffnet. Nun eine Mail von Lenovo, dass es zu Verzögerungen kommt. Eine Frechheit!

Absolute Frechheit, ich kann nur von einem Kauf über Digitaltiver abraten (in meinem Fall: Lenovo Online-Shop).Das Gerät hatte eine Verfügbarkeit von 2-3 Tagen (mehr als 10 auf Lager), nach 3 Tagen kam dann ein Liefertermin im April. (5 Monate später).Nach einigen Anrufen und Emails welch Wunder kam plötzlich ein Gerät, aber ohne dass es mir gesagt wurde.Leider funktioniert es nicht richtig, damit fing die Hölle an.
