Steer clear, steer very clear...go to Argos
Ordered and paid for a tablet in November. It never arrived. Have been emailing them every day, if I do get a response it contradicts someone else's response. Will now get the credit card company and Ombudsman involved. Steer very clear from this company, go to Curry's Argos or anywhere else even if it costs more. It will be less pain in the long run.

Avoid. In my opinion, if this wasn't a registered "business" it would be considered a criminal entity. If I every gave someone money for something on false pretences and they didn't return it, I'd call it stealing. in this case, I purchased and paid for a pc and monitor on the Lenovo Ireland website when they were in stock on the website in November. No customer service
I bought a ideapad was delivered on the 13th Dec asked fir a refund same day was told tnt would be in touch within 6 business days I am atill waiting it's niw nine business day I have contacted digital river by email and phone and having jo success I am 71 on a very low income and cannot keep waiting for this amount of money to be refunded to apart from the stress if trying to get answers

Please DIGITAL RIVER solve the problem!!
I bought a lenovo legion 5 pro around black friday. With a thirty-day return guarantee and a price of 1529 euros. A few days later, the laptop is offered for 1410 euros. Of course I want the difference in price back, because I also have thirty days to return. After I contacted Digital River several times they just keep saying they are waiting. BE WARNED Whether you like it or not, they appear to sign you up for auto renew for the rest of your life. I don’t even own a device to run it so neither need or want the product any more but they still take £14.99 from my PayPal account and simply cite their terms and conditions as their justification. I would NEVER recommend buying any of their products.

Appalling customer service
The worst customer service I ever experienced. Product did not arrive, customer service sent me rote answers over and over with no effort to resolve the issue. I requested a refund through paypal, which they advised me that I would have to delete if I wanted a refund. Needless to say, I did not comply and paypal resolved the dispute in my favour. I have no doubt that if I had not paid through paypal, there is no way I would have received a refund as their customer service advisors are ...

Terrible
Terrible. Extremely slow. Long wait times. Staff do not seem to be able to answer basic questions. I canelled an order - they kept saying 'if it was approved' like they could force me to buy the item. Shocking!

Lenovo.ie please stay clear. Ordered a gaming PC on the 16th of December at 2am said ships in 1-2 days which was perfect as was a last minute Xmas gift for my son. After reading the horrendous reviews that are like any ones worst nightmare, I contacted to cancel 6 hours later at 10am. First I was told, I will have to see if that can get approval...
