One star, wiling to change

Ordered a laptop supposedly in stock and shipping in "1 to 2 business days". It's been 3 weeks with no shipment or even an email of a delay. Calling customer support has resulted in them repeatedly lying and giving false shipment dates which then pass. Willing to change one star review if they actually get it shipped before I decide to just cancel my order.

Digital River une vrai catastrophe, ou comment gacher le Noel de mes 2 enfants ?J'ai effectué sur le site de LENOVO une commande de 2 PC tablet IP DUET le 09.12.2021 en stock et reçu la confirmation de livraison sous 1 à 2 jours ouvrés, réception théorique donc le 14 décembre 2021, première réclamation par téléphone le 16.12.2021 pour savoir ou en est l'expédition ? a ce jour et malgré de nombreux mails , 19 appels et réclamations auprès de leur Hotline , il n'y a aucune réponse ni solution ...

Worst Experience ever

Worst Experience ever! I had ordered a PC for our office on 11th August 2021 as the delivery time was 2-3 working days. We never received the PC and are still waiting for refund after following them for Million times. They are still working on our case!! I highly recommend to not order anything from lenovo digital river. It's a waste of time, money and energy.

Abysmal Company

Digital River Ireland. Abysmal - I thought I was downloading FREE AVG then got a bill for £49 which I did not authorise. I asked for a refund and have heard nothing. PayPal are just as bad and very unhelpful. I am disgusted with both of them.

Avoid, support runs you around in circles.

Ordered a clock for 17.99 last month, the courier was poor and sent the package back after only 1 actual attempt to deliver despite having 3 seperate hour slots. Contacted digital river initially for a resend had a response quickly passing it to another team, then nothing. A week later I found the product cheaper and click and collected. I then updated my request for a refund and had a different agent respond with a similar response. 9 days later, had heard nothing so sent another email, ...

je viens d’être prélevé d'un montant de 89,99 € par le biais de paypal par la société Digital River Ireland Ltd alors que je n'ai rien commandé, j'ai fait opposition sur ma carte.Il s'agissait d'un renouvellement Avast Premium alors que j'avais désactivé la reconduction tacite de l'abonnement... Je constate sur différents forum que ces 3 sociétés ressortent pour des faits similaires. A éviter absolument donc.

Lenovo UK distributer: Awful service

Lenovo UK distributer: Ordered a USI pen and a digital clock. Clock arrived but USI pen did not. - Initially, company claimed I had given them the wrong address despite having delivered part of the order - 6 lengthy calls over 6 weeks led to neither redelivery nor refund. - Was always told that issue would be resolved in 3-days. However, nothing ever changed. - Eventually had to go through my credit card provider to get refund which was successful.

Über Avast gescamt

Über Avast (Nicht installieren, ist Scam-Virus-Software, die sich als antivirenprogramm tarnt) wurde meine Mutter in eine Abofalle gelockt, nicht mal für den Antivirus service, sondern für den Driver updater und Cleanup. Die Kündigung war nur über ein Link in den E-Mails möglich, da kein Account erstellt wurde, zum Glück war diese noch nicht gelöscht. Es wurden für diese beiden Features 60! Euro abgebucht. Immerhin war sie aber möglich, aber nur wenn man technik affin ist.

First of all would give no star if this was available. Digital River are the distribution company for Lenovo Computer Products..what an incompetent useless company they are. When you get to ring the Irish customer service company it goes to various call centres worldwide. One is promised an email within three days and refund within seven days.lies and misrepresentation. Six weeks in no refund.
