Got an email today saying they had taken money from my paypal for a product. It is auto-renewal. I have bought a license from another supplier so do not need the auto-renewal. I have no order number and they cant find my account! ( But they manage to bill me) . Requested refund but with no order number the process goes around in circles. Wollte ein Lenovo Laptop mit 0% Finanzierung bestellen. Die Finanzierung wurde genehmigt und nach Tagen keine Versandbestätigung. Nach mehrere telefonate (man versteht das deutsch der Agenten nur schwer), wurde mir mitgeteilt, das noch keine Meldung des Finanzierungsinstituts eingegagen wäre. This is a payment facilitator not a supplier.

This is a payment facilitator, not a seller so don’t be fooled. They will take your money and pass it on but if anything goes wrong they will wash their hands of it and leave you unsupported. I bought an LG tv directly from LG, payment was via PayPal to Digital River Ireland and the order was confirmed by LG online. Trying to contact Digital River

I ordered a Fitbit which I need to return. I have followed the returns procedure and it is impossible to obtain a returns label. My order number and 4 digits on my card are not recognised so I cannot proceed any further. I have sent them an email which has been rejected. Does anyone know what I can as I cannot lose this money? Perhaps, with a bit of luck, Digital River may respond!

I bought a product from a website that is using MyCommerce as a payment collecting platform, however, MyCommerce is misleading customers and not helping at all but also making it difficult for you to find your order and/or cancel a subscription. Very annoying rubbish service.

One star, wiling to change

Ordered a laptop supposedly in stock and shipping in "1 to 2 business days". It's been 3 weeks with no shipment or even an email of a delay. Calling customer support has resulted in them repeatedly lying and giving false shipment dates which then pass. Willing to change one star review if they actually get it shipped before I decide to just cancel my order.
