Mi experiencia es que el día 17 de enero compré un monitor 4k de ordenador y a día de hoy aún no sé nada de mi pedido, cuando se supone que ya me tendría que haber llegado. He escrito e-mails a Digital River y solo me dan largas. Y si llamo a Lenovo me derivan con Digital River. Es un como la pescadilla que se muerde la cola. La realidad es que he pagado un monitor del que no sé nada...Con los comentarios que he leído, no pienso estar dos meses esperando el monitor porque me hace falta. ...

Wir haben über die Lenovo Webseite ein Notebook gekauft (Ende November) und versuchen dieses seit kurz vor Weihnachten über digital river, die laut Lenovo zuständig sind, zu retounieren - schriflich und unter mehrmaligen Anrufens der Hotline. Der Kontakt an der Hotline ist freundlich, die Retoure geht aber seit fünf Wochen nicht voran. Anfang/Mitte Januar hieß es, wir würden innerhalb von 5-8 Werktagen eine Abholung und alle dafür notwendigen Informationen per E-Mail erhalten. Zudem hatte ...

Do not buy from them!

I ordered a lenovo legion 7 from them for around €1500 and they shipped it to the wrong country and I was promised a refund. It has been over a month and still got nothing. I call the customer support but all they tell me is thats its being looked at. Scam company, avoid at all cost.

DigitalRiver est un sous-traitant pour LENOVO pour tout ce qui est commande en ligne est SAV.PC commandé et réceptionné rapidement.Problème : Ce n'était pas la bonne machine.Impossible de contacter DigitalRiver par téléphone (un msg en anglais qui vous raccroche au nez). At that time I chose NOT to automatically renew on the order form, yet it was renewed anyway using the original payment information provided last year.
