Oh I wish I'd looked up reviews of this company before ordering....... Ordered laptop Sunday 27/2/2022 (in a hurry), realised within a few hours what was ordered was not what was required. Cancelled on line. The following morning (28/2/2022) rang Digital River and was told the order was already in process and couldn't be cancelled but that I could refuse delivery and once back in the warehouse I would be refunded immediately. No products no refund

No products no refund - I have cancelled an order for the products purchased from lenovo. Been following up on the refund for 100+days now and the only response I get to hear is "WE ARE WORKING WITH INTERNAL TEAM".I neither received the products nor the refund. #digitalriver #review

WARNING

Without a doubt my worst experience in 76 years on this planet dealing with a company. In short ordered a chomebook online...ok.....item recieved ...would not even start....asked for replacement...agreed....was told I would recieve intrustructions how to return.....waited..waited...phoned ...phoned and spoke for hours over 10 day period...finally instructions...told item out of stock, although advertised on Lenovo site.....told would be automatically refunded ...hasn't happened...I still am ...

DO NOT BUY FROM LENOVO/DIGITAL RIVERS THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Purchased a PC Legion T5 from Lenovo's website. After a short period the PC would not work . Returned for repair, continues to not work with the same issue. This is a widespread problem with this PC, therefore requested return for a refund as the item is not fit for purpose. It is still under warranty. In summary, I would strongly advise avoiding Lenovo / Digital River at all costs. On 24th January I ordered a Lenovo AIO PC, which included an additional 3-year on-site warranty. I purchased directly from the Lenovo Ireland site, which is operated by Digital River. Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever, have no respect to consumer laws and make you go around in circles asking for the same information repeatedly. Laptop I purchased has intermittent display glitch was sent for repair which failed. Requested refund and have resorted to going via credit card company. If you want a Lenovo device, don't buy it from their official store operated by these scammers.

Woeful by Lenovo UK / Digital River Had to return a Chromebook - every part of the process was poorly handled. I finally, after 6 weeks have a refund for the machine, but not for the case.

Untrustworthy brand with appalling service

We purchased a Lenovo Thinkpad in January 2020, together with an extended next day onsite warranty ie. in the event of a fault repairs should be at your location.How I wish we had read these reviews before purchasing. Toward the end of the warranty period a number of keys stopped working, and one key jammed and came off. Wish we could give minus stars.

Wish we could give minus stars. Do not buy from these guys you will be out of pocket. Customer service is non existent, emails are fobbed off and when calling their system is down!! Yet they manage to check my identity.
