Asked for a refund and they just said that it's been declined. No more information than that. According to their terms and conditions they provide a right of withdrawal within 14 days, as per EU directives. Unfortunately they don't seem to care.

Still Charging For Unsubscribed Service

Not sure why this business still running but it looks like I’m not the only one. I had unsubscribed for yearly subscription and they still took the money. I had to raise a dispute with paypal which really wasting my time. Do they try their luck by charging people that had been unsubscribed and hopefully they won’t realised ? It seems like a very dirty tactic.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I ordered a laptop, asked to cancel it within an hour of it being ordered, which they said they would fulfil, I would just need to send it back when it was delivered. I've not received an email from the collection company (TNT) for 2 weeks. Doesn't look like they're interested in honouring the refund because it feels almost impossible to get this laptop back to them! I've been on 4 calls with them, which all end up being cut off. I even asked for the supervisor ...

mycommerce.com is a scam

I clicked on the link to buy Photo POS Pro Premium edition so I could save larger files than the free edition offers. I got taken ( pun intended!) to mycommerce.com and I paid 37 dollars and some change. They sent me a link and it is only to the FREE edition. I contacted them and they sent me some bogus reply with another link to the FREE edition. I can't believe they gave an actual name. Probably phony. I am working on getting my money back.

Have to agree this is thew worst company our business has ever dealt with. The Sales agents are terrible and the customer service departments are a complete waste of time and money Lenovo would be better served without customer service department as this place actually infuriates the customer. Forget about the fact their phone lines do not work most of the time and call back service does not happen. I cannot believe Lenovo use them to represent them in the UK & Ireland. Will never buy ...

This company is scamming you…

This company is cheating you with hidden tricks. You think ok I buy this one time to get a solution on a problem. But there is a hidden issue. You think I pay once but next year they take again money from you without any signal or mail... nothing. And try to find how to stop this, it's so hard to get a way of canceling this cheatings. Digital River shame on you!

Worst customer service ever

I ordered a Lenovo IdeaPad 5 Pro from the Lenovo Store (which is operated by Digital River) and unfortunately still haven't received it. It was listed as "Available" and should ship in "1 to 2 days". However, this is a lie and absolutely dubious sales tactics. Customer support still can't tell me when it will be shipped or if I'll get my money back. Several phone calls to Digital River were absolutely useless and emails won't get answered at all.
