Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs. I refused the delivery of a laptop as recommended to me by the customer service agent, and it has been 14 days and I am still waiting for the refund even though this is the deadline to refund according to the Consumer Rights Act. So they seem to be above the laws of the land. Let that sink in

I would give no stars for this company…

I would give no stars for this company if I could for the following reasons. Fitbit authorised a refund of £88.00 due to an error on their part. I received a credit note for the overpayment of a Fitbit Sense. Digital River sent me a credit note for the amount owed to me but that’s it. No telephone number to contact them as to how I would be able to get my money back. This company are appalling and as far as I am concerned cannot be trusted to follow through anything efficiently. Awful RMA experience

Processing an RMA with this company has taken around 10 hours across a dozen or so calls. It was excruciating. Their support team is inconsistently trained, and promises to follow up are not seen through. Systems and documentations they direct towards are completely broken.

Fraudsters

I have just received a notification from my bank that I have had 69.90 euros withdrawn from my bank account from a company called Digital River. I do not know this company and have not contracted their services. I am trying to get my money back and it is impossible. Be careful, it's a scam! I will do whatever I have to do to get my money back.

Lenovo/Digital River I would give 0 stars, if I could. Spoke to Lenovo/Digital River tech support in Bulgaria. Shambolic Service. I will not by another Lenovo product for my company going forward.

Scammed by Digital River/Lenovo. Ordered a laptop 2 months ago. They took my money but the laptop was never delivered. Currently trying to get through hoops and scammish diversion to get a refund.

Habe mir Spracherkennungssoftware…

I bought speech recognition software. After 2 years of use, it had an error, which is why I wanted to de-install and then reinstall it. No sooner said than done. Then I noticed that I no longer had the file. "No problem", I thought, "it's a digital purchase and you can just download it again - as long as I have the registration number, it will work". Order is not followed up by Digital… A mess ensues

Order is not followed up by Digital River / go between for Lenovo, like, at all. I have to ask and ask. Now over three months after the order was placed they cannot answer at all if the product was ever built, or why it isn't shipped- trying to ask that for over a week now they seem fully clueless.
