Complete scam from start to finish
Bought a laptop from Lenovo. It took 11 days to arrive. A different, worse and cheaper laptop arrived (but they charged me the amount for the more expensive laptop). When I sent proof to their customer service they ignored my emails. It would be no stars if I could
It would be no stars if I could. I bought my wife a Fitbit 4 in July last year and it is still under warranty. It was working fine until about a couple of weeks ago until it just went blank. Thought it had run out of battery so went to charge it. It stayed blank and constantly buzzes when on charge and it gets extremely hot which is a fire hazrd. Appaling Lenovo customer service
Appaling Lenovo customer service. Wrong product delivered, over 4 weeks later it has not been collected. Outsourced customer service in the Phillipines can do nothing other than pass messages to the "internal team", "black hole" might be a better description.

Scam Order Fulfillment for Crucial
We ordered over $500 in parts from a company called Crucial by Micron. Crucial Uses Digital River for their orders and shipping. What a Scam!!! After ordering from Crucial we received an email invoice by a company called DRI. After 10 days of waiting for the parts to arrive we looked at the invoice. A Complete Scam
This has to be the worst company that I have ever had the misfortune to get involved with. I haven't received the goods (Lenovo PC) and I haven't received a refund. I am now bringing a complaint to the Irish police and a chargeback to my credit card. A complete fraud avoid at all costs. Could be the most useless bunch on earth
I purchased a laptop yesterday for £40 more than it is today. Submitted a price match claim. Rejected because codes are not 'stackable'. I am not trying to 'stack' a code. I am trying to get a refund on the current advertised price on the site, vs the price I paid yesterday. It seems the people they employ lack the most BASIC comprehension skills.
