Ordered a Legion Gen 7 on Sunday 17th. A product arrived on Tuesday (19th) that was addressed to me but not what I ordered (About 1k cheaper). Rang them straight after and explained what had happened but nothing was done and I never heard back. Emailed/rang over the next few days and they said my product was lost. Avoid unless you want hassle!

If I could give zero stars I would, my experience has been that bad! I placed an order with Lenovo U.K. for a new laptop on July 5th around 10:30pm, with Digital River U.K. supplying the goods. On July 6th I decided to cancel the order so I rang Lenovo UK customer care based in the Philippines and was told if they can they will cancel but it maybe too late in which case advised to reject the delivery and ‘it will be returned to us and we’ll refund you’. Lenovo laptop ordered on the 25th of…

Lenovo laptop ordered on the 25th of April. It said 5-6 weeks. It is literally almost 3 months later. I keep getting an email saying delivery will be delayed. I arrived here because I actually was starting to think I had been scammed. I'm not sure what to do anymore. The last email said it was going to be delivered today. I have recieved nothing. I just keep waiting. I have no idea when it will arrive.

Customer service is the worst I have…

Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced got nowhere with first two call so asked to speak to a supervisor who just hung up. 6th call finally they agreed to raise a ticket but said I would have to wait a week to find out where my Lenovo laptop is. Still havent heard from them regarding my complaint and still don't have my laptop. Now 10 days and no laptop and Digital River are telling PayPal they have sent the laptop. Their incompetence knows no bounds

Frustratingly bad with no attempt to make it right!

Similar story to lots of other customers I feel. Ordered from the Lenovo website last month (May 22) and it's now the 28th June! They accepted the order, but their courier (UPS) couldn't deliver to my address. Rather than allow an amended address, they simply sent it back to their warehouse. Numerous emails later, they confirmed that the laptop was received back at the warehouse on 17th Jun, however it still has been processed or refunded. I bought laptop from Lenovo and I'm…

I bought laptop from Lenovo and I'm charged for laptop. It was 1200 euro including 21 percent vat tax but dri* Lenovo or digital river charged extra 209 euro for no reason. I can't contact them because i don't find any customer service. Hopefully digital river Ireland will help me. Also i can't find my order when i enter my details.

impossible to cancel subscriptions

failed to cancel subscription of logitec security camera. Even though I set this to cancel in my account. The email they send had a non-working phone number for customer services and the links on their website claiming to offer help with customer service problems didnt work. If thats not a scan I dont know what it! Hopefully this review will stop others falling prey to any subscription service these guys offer.

Don't subscribe to Avast

I had a one month subscription with Avast then cancelled. Months later they are still taking money from my paypal account. I have asked repeatedly for them to stop but to no avail. Avoid subscriptions with Avast unless you want to pay for a service you actually do not have

"Complete solution"

What do you like best about Digital River? Solve most of the taxes from end customers in various countries. What do you dislike about Digital River? The control panel is complicated and not easy to use. We had sent many emails asking how to set it up. What problems is Digital River solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps us solve the payment plan of the end customer.

Complete scam from start to finish

Bought a laptop from Lenovo. It took 11 days to arrive. A different, worse and cheaper laptop arrived (but they charged me the amount for the more expensive laptop). When I sent proof to their customer service they ignored my emails. So I requested a return, they sent me a link to their website which just gives me an error page every time I click "Request return label".
