Canceled order not refounded

edit 30 August (2months after my cancellation) I finally received a mail announcing that they will proceed with the refund. So there is hope.. Attention! I strongly advise against buying from the Lenovo online store/digitalriver! I have had quite a bad experience with it. Bought a laptop in August and gave it to TNT transport service as a registered return along with two other items during the return period. I wish I could give 0 stars. Stay away from this site and buy your Lenovo somewhere else or not at all if you can. I bought a Thinkpad X1 Gen7 Yoga on a deal and it arrived with faulty hinges. I called up the customer service to see what we could do about it and they offered to get me a replacement. I used their MiniTool Partition Wizard…

I used their MiniTool Partition Wizard to add space to C-Drive from D-Drive. It corrupted the Boot system of the Laptop & the Laptop will not boot up. I had to spend $350 to get the Laptop to work again. Never Buy Minitool

SCAM!!

SCAM!! A total scam. The antivirus license key for the Trendmicro maximum security software worked for about two minutes. Then it was announced invalid. No response to any of my e-mails in two months. Neither from Trendmicro nor fom Digital River. They just take the money and claims not being responsible for any of this. Go and find yourself a better buyer if you want to avoid trouble.

Infinite refund times...

Infinite refund times... I sent back a product to get a refund (arrived in mid-July according to courier tracking) and as of today, August 3rd, nothing is known about the refund.

This is a fraud

This is a fraud. Did not work for me and refused to refunds my money, not only that, their automatic renewal system recharged me gain the following month. I sent an email to MyCommerce/Tenoshare support again and they claim they canceled my subscription. I hope they they will this time

Bought (tried to) a Lenovo computer and was informed by Lenovo & UPS that delivery would be on the 29th July between 11 & 15:00. Checked UPS site on the day and sure enough computer was 'out for delivery' At 16:00 hours it stated 'change of delivery requested' now 5th August. The following workday (1st) it states the 15th!! if I could give less than 1 star I would. this review applies to Digital River Ireland. The software doesn't stop any tracking or provide any real security, a subscription renewal occurred without warning (a legal requirement) and the absence of any opportunity to contact customer service etc, is appalling and grossly unprofessional.
