Beware: Scamming customers
Agree with quite a lot of other reviews. They will not cancel the subscriptions and keep charging my card. I also changed payment method to stop them from charging again. They are scamming people.

Digital River are NOT TO BE TRUSTED. I brought a 24 month subscription to Kaspersky Internet Security on 28th Oct 2020. When Russia invaded Ukraine I contacted Kaspersky and told them to cancel my subscription as due to the invasion I would never trust a Russian company with my data. Impossible to request refund
Impossible to request refurnd for Kapersky ... after some success looking up order related to unintended (possible fraudulent) auto-renewal, relevant page on digitalriver site doesn't open anymore, due to too many redirects, oddly same in multiple browsers ... this is a very shady service. I will try to block recent transaction via bank, which happened 3 weeks before existing Kaspersky subscription actually runs out ...

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE unless you are absolutely certain you will not return the product. Absolutely use PayPal to pay. I bought a gaming laptop, realised it wasn’t the right one for my needs and tried to cancel my order. Customer service told me my order had already been processed, but I could either refuse delivery or return it, once it arrived. I proceeded to refuse delivery. Worst customer service ever.
Worst customer service ever. It's a shame for Lenovo that collaborates with them. I won't buy any of their products again, just because of digitalriver. Much frustration and I still have not received my item. They do not answer emails, they do not provide useful information on the phone, they do not let me go there and pick up my item, and they hung up the phones. No

Scammers!
Scammers! They collected a laptop from me (returned) on 10th August and are claiming that they haven't received it. Funny how they managed to receive the £16 sleeve, which was returned along with it!!! I wish I'd read these reviews before buying, seems like I'm not the only one. I have a full video from my doorbell cam showing the courier clearly collecting the laptop. After sending them this evidence they have simply stopped responding.
