Digital River customer support website does not recognise the order number nor accept my email to reset a password. They provide no physical postal address. Impossible to contact them to cancel auto renewals.

Better then they say!

After i saw so many bad reviews i was a little worried i chose the wrong option. I ordered the asus rog strix G15 on a sunday evening with my savings money from the ASUS NL BE estore. After reading the 1 star reviews i thought i lost my money. But no, i got mails everyday with updates of where my package was. Monday (the next day) i saw it was shipped to my country, i recieved another update on tuesday morning (the next next day) in which they said my package was gonnan arrive wednesday. ...

Ordered a Lenovo HDMI adapter from Lenovo UK in Dec 2021. Goods are sold by this Digital River. Tried to cancel order the day after but was told by Digital River/Lenovo support to refuse the delivery as they can't stop the despatch. In the end, couldn't refuse delivery as I wasn't there when the useless DHL tried to deliver. They tried and failed again a week later. So parcel went to sit at DHL depot. I NEVER RECEIVED IT. I bought a graphics card of the Lenovo.com uk store which failed after 3 months. I have been batted back and forth between technical support and the digital rivers customer service at least 10 times. Every time I am told to phone the other department. No one wants to help, no supervisor is available. I downloaded a program this morning thinking it was for downloading music, as the the program charged a total of 95 dollars, but that was not what it turned out to be, I was unable to convince them to refund my money, so beware any program that displays the term Digital River, they are thieves and very deceptive. Beware: Scamming customers

Agree with quite a lot of other reviews. They will not cancel the subscriptions and keep charging my card. I also changed payment method to stop them from charging again. They are scamming people.
