bad service

seeing as this site seems to be getting replies from someone at digital river i guess i will also leave a bad review . i have been trying to get my waranty on my laptop that i bought from the lenovo site as my laptop arrived as DOA. end of december i got trough to someone at digital river but TNT screwed up and was not able to pickup my old laptop . when i wanted to try and contact digital river again turns out they closed off all their phone numbers !!! when contacting them trough the ...

Impossible to get any response from them, and they keep taking money off my credit card

I bought some software on 25 November and immediately I realised it didn’t work. I immediately contacted customer services to ask for a refund just 30 minutes later) and importantly to cancel the monthly recurring payment that they are collecting from my credit card. Digital River customer support website does not recognise the order number nor accept my email to reset a password. They provide no physical postal address. Impossible to contact them to cancel auto renewals.
