Unacceptable and very rude behaviour
Unacceptable and very rude behaviour. (Netherlands office) Denied to replace a product within the 14 day limit, supposedly authorised a refund that never went through. I sat waiting for the courier to pick up the package but the courier never arrived and i later found out that that courier service did not even exist. Complete fraud and total loss of time. i have ordered a lenovo legion slim 7i on the 26 of january with delivery promised in 2 weeks,during these 2 weeks i checked the order status and saw the delivery date changed from 2 weeks to the 12 of february, also the price of the notebook lowered by 100 euro sended an email asking if they could also reduce the price of the one i have ordered ..no aswer, sended another one.. no answer, so i waited till the 12 of february thinking atleast i would have the notebook.. but no. checked the ...

Problems trying to cancel recurring payment
EDIT (1 March 2024): I just noticed Digital River's reply. They said: "For your speediest path to resolution, we'd recommend contacting the brand's customer support team directly." They completely missed the point! *I was trying to find the brand (company)!* I cannot contact the brand (company) if I don't know who they are. Horrible Company. Avoid!!
If I could give a NEGATIVE 5 star review for "Digital River" and their partner "iZotope inc" I would. My experience mirrors many others here. Customer support is virtually non existent. It takes them 6/7 days to reply to an email, and when they do they are the opposite to helpful or customer friendly. In fact in my 40 years I've never dealt with TWO such inept, unprofessional and belligerent companies. They DON'T DO: * Software that works * Customer Support * Refunds RX 10 Elements ...
