Flawless experience - top marks.

Having read the reviews, I was quite concerned, but ended up being pleasantly surprised. Ordered a laptop to spec via Lenovo's Irish site and it was delivered from Hong Kong ahead of the estimated delivery time. Moreover, e-mail updates were frequent and precise. Flawless experience - top marks.

Utterly hopeless if even the slightest thing goes wrong

Ordered a laptop on 25th Feb. The website says "ships in 1-2 days" but this is just not true. It shipped on 6th March. In fairness it arrived on 7th March. It was pretty much dead on arrival. "Fan Error" which meant I had to plug in an external keyboard to override the error, but left it in limited performance mode. Contacted Digital River, who told me to speak to Lenovo support. They took 3 days to basically say "Yes, it's broken, send it back, here's a sick note". No kidding. So ...

Purchased a copy of VMWare Fusion via…

Purchased a copy of VMWare Fusion via Paypal and cannot retrieve the license key as Digital River does not recognise the Paypal transaction. Cannot find a way to resolve this on the Website and cannot find a contact phone number as their website is ridiculously difficult to navigate for end user customers.

Scammers. I tried to cancel the "renewal" of subscription I have no interest in and I just got billed. Who are these people and how do they get away with this form of theft?

DO NOT BUY LENOVO PRODUCTS OVER THE LENOVO WEBSITE! Customer service is horrendous if not borderline criminal!

I bought a Lenovo Laptop over the official Lenovo.com website in Germany, but apparently it is then handled by digital river. The customer service a disaster, bordering on criminal! I will never order a device through Lenovo.com again! So It is three years later and my product stopped working during warranty. I still get ignored when I'm sending weekly reminders of the case. I do this because they can say I forgot to get my product otherwise. Digital River doesn't do Lenovo customer service anymore, so they dropped my case.
